GOSHEN – Griffith Olivero Realtors and Panarelli Realty, two leading independent real estate brokerages serving Orange County, New York and the Greater Hudson Valley, announced March 7 the decision to merge the two firms effective immediately.

The combined entity will consist of 22 licensed real estate professionals to be based out of Griffith Olivero Realtors’ office located on 226 Main Street in Goshen.

“This combination brings together two successful real estate companies and further cements us as a market leader in Orange County and the surrounding areas,” said John Olivero, managing broker of Griffith Olivero. “The merger will be near seamless as our agents across the combined team have worked together before and we share very similar practices, strong ethics and client-centric cultures.”

“At the heart of the decision to merge is our commitment to remain focused on providing outstanding client service,” Jeanine Panarelli, founder of Panarelli Realty said. “Combining our two like-minded and compatible offices uniquely allows us to do just that. Our clients will remain working with the same passionate real estate agents, each a proud expert of the local area.”

“Being successful requires deep local knowledge, a focus on customer service excellence and strong alignment between agents and the brokerage,” said John Tham, President of Griffith Olivero Realtors. “We welcome the Panarelli team with open arms and look forward to bringing their knowledge and experience to market together as a combined group”.

Both businesses also have a strong commitment to community involvement including support of the Goshen Baseball League, Goshen Soccer, the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame, the Goshen Historic Track, Goshen Heritage Trail, the Great American Weekend, Goshen Cub Scouts, the annual Tour de Goshen, Catholic Charities and a host of other local charities and community initiatives.
