“Totally Durang’d,” an evening of ten one-act plays by Christopher Durang, continues this weekend at the William and Helen Richards Theatre at Orange Hall, located on the Middletown campus of SUNY Orange (at the intersection of Wawayanda Avenue and Grandview Avenue). Award winning actress Sigourney Weaver has said, “Hilarious and gleefully disturbing, Christopher Durang’s writing is full of wit and mischief.” Durang offers a vitriolic challenge to the myths of organized religion, the American family, parenthood — in short, all our most closely held assumptions. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, April 13 and 14; and 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 15. A talk-back with the director and cast will be held after Saturday evening's performance. Tickets are 12, general admission; $10, senior citizens, faculty, staff, and alumni; and $4, students. Active-duty military personnel will be admitted free. For advanced tickets visit sunyorange.edu. For more information call 341-4790.
