Preschoolers from Regional Economic Community Action Program (RECAP) Head Start schools crafted more than 50 cards to honor veterans for their service as part of U.S. Sean Patrick Maloney’s annual “Valentines for Our Veterans” project. They used paint, glitter, and other adornments to decorate their messages. The cards will be hand-delivered to veterans at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care Facility at Castle Point.
